Unit Sales and Replacements

We consolidate equipment orders in-house, and coordinate delivery and installation details with contractors, construction workers, and tradespeople. Upon installation we double check that all equipment is working properly, and we provide appropriate product training. After Sales Service
All equipment supplied though Chefs First comes with a manufacturer’s warranty and we take our after sales responsibility very seriously. On installation, we will allocate a unique ID record with details of your equipment in our bespoke Service Management system. This allows us to manage the warranty on your behalf and build up a history of your kitchen. You only have to call our number to report any problems. Many of our customers ask us to carry out regular preventative maintenance on their equipment so that downtime during peak times is minimised. This can be arranged with you to suit your operation.
