Turnkey delivery
Opening a restaurant or building a foodservice facility is no simple task. Chefs First offers a start-to-finish understanding of the entire process — from meeting local authority requirements to coordinating installation and working with subcontractors to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget. Our team is responsible for the design, build and installation of some of the region’s most high-profile projects, including hotels, resorts, bakeries, restaurants, government facilities & educational institutions.
Consolidated supply
As one of the largest foodservice and laundry equipment distributors in the region, we offer excellent value in equipment costs while driving down delivery and logistics expenditure. We consolidate equipment orders in-house and coordinate delivery and installation with contractors, construction workers and tradespeople. On installation we double-check that all equipment is working properly and provide appropriate product training — then deliver a consolidated warranty management packet that ensures the best value and return on investment.
Warranty & maintenance
All equipment supplied through Chefs First comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, and we take our after-sales responsibility seriously. On installation, we allocate a unique ID record with details of your equipment in our bespoke Service Management system — so we can manage the warranty on your behalf and build a history of your kitchen. You only have to call our number to report any problems. Many customers ask us to carry out regular preventive maintenance so that downtime during peak times is minimised, arranged to suit your operation.
